HOUSTON CONFERENCE MEDIA POLICY & REGISTRATION

To balance high Conference costs against ASPO-USA's mission to educate and inform, we announce the following policies concerning media:

  1. Qualified major media representatives are welcome to attend and report on the Conference for up to one day without charge by simply checking in at the door to obtain a media one day pass. Media identification will be required and table seating can not be guaranteed. Media planning to attend for one day are encouraged to apply for their pass in advance by filling out and sending in the form below. You will then be sent our media packet and speaker contact information upon approval.
  2. Media who wish to attend the entire Conference have the option of paying a reduced media registration fee of $150.00, which will include all conference events, receptions, meals and reserved seating.
  3. On a case-by-case basis, a limited number of media may be given full Conference credentials with reserved seating at no charge.

Please fill out our Media Information form here to determine your status.

Please Note:

Audio/Video/Photo recording of presentation segments, speaker interviews, and other content for news and educational purposes is encouraged and supported. The use of any recorded material for commercial or promotional purposes will require a written release from ASPO-USA. Persons wishing to record the conference proceedings should fill out and send in the Media Information form and note “Release Request” during registration process.

Please register no later than October 5, 2007 to secure Media Packets, day passes, full credentials, or special requests in advance of the Conference.

For additional information or questions, please contact media2007@aspo-usa.com

(ASPO-USA is a non-profit, tax exempt, 501 (C)(3) organization. Out-of-pocket cost to ASPO-USA is over $200 per registrant for food, snacks, drinks, and receptions.)
