Mr. Carlos Rossi
Venezuelan Hydrocarbon Association (AVHI)
A Caracas based economist (educated in the USA/England) with a decade in hydrocarbon specialization both in the public sector (PDVSA E&P) and now as the principal economist in the Venezuelan Hydrocarbon Association AVHI. AVHI is the institutional chamber that represents the privately owned national and international oil companies that operate in Venezuela.
Mr. Rossi is also a professor of petroleum economics in Caracas and author of several papers on economics/energy related subjects, including his forthcoming book 'The Epilogue of Oil.'
