Kjell Aleklett is Professor of Physics at Uppsala University, Sweden, and leader of Global Energy Systems research and the Uppsala Hydrocarbon Depletion Study Group. He holds a doctorate degree from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and worked as a post-doctoral staff scientist, 1977-85, at the Natural Science Laboratory at Studsvik, Sweden. Susan Capalbo, Oregon State University

Susan Capalbo is currently Department Head and Professor of Agricultural and Resource Economics at Oregon State University. She leads a department that includes over 25 faculty throughout the State, and a nationally ranked Ph.D. program in applied economics with a focus on environmental and resource issues in the West. She received her Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of California-Davis and was until recently the Director of Special Research Projects in the Office of the Vice President for Research, Creativity and Technology Transfer and a Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Economics at Montana State University. Mr. Edward M. Warner earned a Bachelor's degree in geology from Colorado State University and a Master's degree in geology from UCLA. Ed was chief scientist and partner in Jonah Field, one of the largest natural gas development projects in the U.S. He maintains a close relationship with Colorado State University, serving as a faculty affiliate in Geosciences, sits on the Development Council, the President's Capital Campaign Task Force and the Geosciences Advisory Committee.
